DC01 GALVANIZED SHEET

DC01 galvanized steel sheet is used in automobiles, sanitary ware, food machinery, pressure vessels, nuclear power, chemical equipment, elevators, rail transit, machinery manufacturing, structural pipelines, architectural decoration, etc.

Galvanized sheet refers to a steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method that is often used. About half of the world's zinc production is used for this process.

Surface state

Galvanized sheet has different surface states due to different treatment methods in the coating process, such as ordinary zinc spangles, fine zinc spangles, flat zinc spangles, no zinc spangles, and phosphating surfaces. The German standard also stipulates surface levels.
