TYPES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Aluminum coils can be divided into several series according to the metal elements they contain, of which the 1000 series and 2000 series are the two most common ones.

‌1000 series‌: mainly including models such as 1050 and 1060, characterized by high purity and no other technical elements, so the production process is simple and the price is relatively cheap. The aluminum content of 1060 aluminum coil reaches more than 99.6%, has good conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the electrical and construction fields.

‌2000 series‌: such as 2A16 and 2A06, characterized by high hardness and high copper content, mainly used in the aviation field.
