ELECTROGALVANIZED COLOR COATED COIL

Electrogalvanized color-coated coil is a product obtained by baking an organic coating on an electrogalvanized sheet as a substrate. Since the zinc layer of the electrogalvanized sheet is thin and usually contains 20/20g/m2 of zinc, this product is not suitable for outdoor use in making walls, roofs, etc. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it can be mainly used in home appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.

TYPES OF COLOR-COATED COIL COATINGS

POLYESTER

Good adhesion, rich colors, a wide range of formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost.

SILICON-MODIFIED POLYESTER

That is (SMP), the coating has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and anti-powdering, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost.

High-durability polyester

That is (HDP), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and anti-powdering, good film adhesion, rich colors, and excellent cost performance.

Polyvinylidene fluoride

i.e. (PVDF), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and resistance to chalking, excellent solvent resistance, good moldability, dirt resistance, limited colors, and high cost.
